M3 is seeking a Property & Casualty Client Executive for the Detroit market. You will prospect, solicit, quote, and close new commercial accounts while nurturing current client relationships and meeting aggressive sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of comprehensive experience in insurance.
• Experience presenting to executives and senior management.
• Ability to identify and prospect potential clients and build relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and propose underwriting and coverage improvements.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, solicit, quote and close new commercial insurance accounts.
• Nurture and advise existing clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet sales goals and service standards.
• Maintain and analyze client information to grow book profitability.
• Review and optimize policy coverages, negotiating with carriers as needed.
