You will work with Client Executives to renew, market, and place new business while building lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes service excellence, knowledge of P&C products, and collaboration within a supportive team environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a P&C license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years of experience in an insurance agency specializing in property and casualty.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take lead on managing assigned books of business and delegate tasks under experienced leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policies, coverages, claims, and billing inquiries.
• Spearhead renewal processes and support marketing efforts for new business with Client Executives.
• Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clients and carriers.
• Grow expertise in insurance policies and industry trends through ongoing development.
