• Proven ability to manage a book of business.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, solicit, quote, and close new commercial insurance accounts.
• Nurture and advise existing clients to support retention.
• Set and pursue sales goals and service standards with sales leadership.
• Identify and cultivate insurance prospects and centers of influence.
• Maintain client information and analyze book of business for growth.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure coverage adequacy and negotiate with carriers.
