Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Services – Insurance, P&C Claims Transformation, to lead engagement teams and drive transformation across client portfolios. You will shape claims strategies, manage delivery, and deepen client relationships in a global, industry-focused environment.

You will influence business and technology decisions, mentor consultants, and contribute to EY’s brand while delivering high-impact advisory services across commercial and specialty lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 9 years of related work experience
• A minimum of 7+ years of delivery experience with multiple project teams
• 7+ years of experience with P&C insurance carriers (commercial and specialty lines) across claims

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client engagements and deliver high-quality services on time and budget
• Manage client service delivery expectations
• Stay abreast of industry trends in P&C insurance and claims
• Motivate diverse teams, coach juniors, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
• Demonstrate deep claims capabilities and strong business acumen
• Communicate complex claim issues and ensure alignment with professional standards
• Develop personal brand and EY presence through articles, industry groups, and conferences
