Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagement teams in the Insurance – P&C Claims Transformation space. You’ll work with a diverse set of clients to deliver professional services and drive business development for strategic accounts, with a focus on claims transformation.

You will guide teams, shape client outcomes, stay current on industry trends, and build long-term relationships while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~9 years relevant work experience; or master's with ~7 years.
• 7+ years of delivery experience with multiple project teams.
• 7+ years with P&C insurance carriers (commercial and specialty) across claims.
• Ability to build trust and manage executive relationships.
• Lead and supervise teams through project lifecycle.
• Research client inquiries and regs in P&C claims.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

• Lead large-scale client engagements and deliver high-quality work on time and budget.
• Manage client service delivery expectations.
