EY in the United States is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements within the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will guide large-scale insurance transformation programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive delivery excellence.

The role offers opportunities to shape strategic roadmaps, mentor talent, and contribute to EY’s insurance consulting growth. You will work with executives to deliver measurable business value in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience.
5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA or similar PAS.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
Drive governance forums and cross-team collaboration to resolve challenges.
