Job summary

Stratus seeks a mid-level Change Management Analyst to drive organizational adoption of business and technology initiatives in a P&C environment. You’ll develop strategies, communications, and training while guiding stakeholders through changes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Change Management, OCM, Training, Communications, or related discipline.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry.
• Experience creating and executing communication plans.
• Experience creating training strategies and materials.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, business transformations, or operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for business and technology initiatives.
• Partner with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify change impacts and adoption risks.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of change.
• Assist in creating and executing communication plans that prepare impacted audiences for upcoming changes.
• Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and other learning resources to support readiness.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to educate employees for changes.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Track and measure change adoption metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Support resistance management activities and help stakeholders navigate change-related challenges.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams guiding employees through processes, systems, and organizational changes.
