Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support business transformation and technology initiatives within a Property & Casualty insurance environment. The role focuses on developing change strategies, communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in change management, strong communication, and collaboration skills, and experience guiding employees and project teams through organizational changes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Change Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Proven ability to develop change management, communications, training, and stakeholder plans.
• Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for business and tech initiatives.
• Identify change impacts and adoption risks with project teams.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and engagement plans.
• Create and execute communication plans for upcoming changes.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and job aids.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Assess readiness and identify areas needing support.
• Track adoption metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support resistance management and navigate challenges.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to align activities.
• Serve as trusted advisor guiding employees through changes.
