Job summary

Brown & Brown in Dedham, MA is seeking a P&C Account Manager to service our Commercial Lines client base in collaboration with the Commercial Lines Leader and producers. You will market new accounts, prepare renewals and proposals, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will manage daily tasks, maintain agency data in the management system, respond to inquiries, and pursue opportunities for account rounding and retention while upholding standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher qualification.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and office equipment.
• Strong confidentiality and telephone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and solidify client relationships across the company.
• Manage and retain existing book of business.
• Prepare renewals, proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with producers on servicing and marketing.
