Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, insurance support, banking, financial services, or professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, review, and monitor insurance documents (certificates, Auto ID cards, binders, renewals).
• Ensure policies reflect quoted, proposed, and bound terms.
• Maintain client information and insurance specifications.
• Respond promptly to requests from clients, underwriters, carriers, and internal teams.
• Set up and maintain client accounts in agency management systems.
• Assist with premium finance and premium allocations as needed.
• Summarize loss runs to support servicing and renewals.
• Assist with claims processing and client advocacy when appropriate.
• Review electronic downloads and carrier communications.
• Retrieve policy documents from carrier websites when downloads fail.
• Process cancellations, non-pay notices, and reinstatements with follow-up.
• Prepare correspondence for new business and renewals.
• Maintain accurate policy information in systems and stay current on workflows.
