Job summary

CSL-Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project execution from design through closeout, coordinating permitting, construction, quality control, occupancy, scheduling, and budget management.

You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with project leadership to assess scope and anticipate downstream implications, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and governance.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage scope, milestones, and deliverables across multi-phase projects.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing metrics and budget data to inform execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Contribute to client-facing communication plans and delivery strategies.
• Maintain clarity in task assignment, milestone tracking, and documentation systems.
• Create and review progress data and metrics against KPIs, budgets, and scheduling goals.
• Understand key contract parameters that influence project delivery and assist with compliance.
• Manage project financial inputs such as budget tracking, cost reporting, and forecasting.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, contributing to agenda planning and follow-up.
• Coordinate with client contacts, vendors, contractors, and design partners; escalate concerns as needed.
• Coordinate procurement tasks and relocation activities.
• Maintain detailed records of meeting outcomes and decisions.
• Informally coach junior team members in technical areas and share best practices.
