Job summary

SoftBank Group International is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead owner-side delivery across a major site or project scope. You will coordinate with EPC/EPCM contractors, internal functional leads, and leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

The role requires a proven track record on large capital projects in energy or infrastructure, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex interfaces and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management or project execution on large capital projects.
• Experience leading owner, EPC/EPCM, or major contractor teams.
• Experience managing high-value scopes with multiple contractors and interfaces.
• Strong safety leadership, commercial awareness, and ability to report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner-side project manager for an assigned site or major delivery scope from development handoff through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage day-to-day EPC/EPCM performance against scope, milestones, safety, quality, engineering, procurement, and cost.
• Lead execution meetings, risk reviews, and owner decision closure for the assigned scope.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, engineering deliverables, and procurement with internal teams and contractors.
• Escalate critical issues with options and recommendations to leadership.
