Job summary

SoftBank Group International is seeking a seasoned Interface Management Lead for the Portsmouth program in the US. The role drives conversion of interface management into an operating discipline, assigns ownership, dates, decisions, and handoffs across EPC/EPCM, OEMs, utilities, and external stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, manage critical interfaces across generation and delivery, and ensure coordination with engineering and procurement for timely resolution and field

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 10+ years leading multidisciplinary interface programs on large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of interface registers, battery limits, DOR/RACI, and schedule dependencies.
• Experience resolving cross-boundary issues across engineering, procurement, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the owner-side interface-management strategy, procedure, register, governance cadence, and escalation model.
• Identify and structure technical, physical, contractual, schedule, information, and external interfaces.
• Assign interface owners, deliverables, required-by dates, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and closure evidence.
• Lead recurring interface reviews with Project Delivery, Engineering,Program Controls, Procurement, Commercial, Permitting, Construction, and OEM teams.
• Coordinate with Program Controls to embed milestones in the schedule and risk process.
• Escalate unresolved interfaces with clear facts, owner/counterparty positions, and dates.
