Job summary

Fermi America seeks a Data Center Project Manager to own delivery of all buildings for a tenant account in Amarillo, TX. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, quality, and partner engagement, serving as the delivery representative to the tenant.

This owner-side role requires 15+ years in construction or data-center delivery, with proven single-point accountability and experience managing multiple buildings for a single client. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction or project delivery.
• Single-point accountability for at least one building from contract award through turnover.
• Experience delivering multiple buildings for a single account.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all tenant-account buildings across the delivery lifecycle.
• Own sequencing and prioritization across concurrent and successive buildings.
• Drive standardization and repeatability across the account using proven design packages and terms.
• Manage interfaces with shared campus infrastructure and major contracts.
• Lead cost forecast, scheduling, and change-order processes.
• Deliver decision-grade reporting to leadership on cost, schedule, risk.
