Job summary

Fermi America is seeking a DC Commercial Program Manager to join its Commercial Team. The role serves as the delivery voice inside tenant pursuits for powered land, powered shell, and turnkey data centers, ensuring commitments are deliverable within capacity, dates, and terms offered.

You will own the delivery position, coordinate across engineering, controls, and operations, and support negotiations with a focus on credible schedules and risks. Dallas or remote with travel are supported.

Qualifications

• Must have strong executive and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience coordinating technical and commercial diligence across stakeholders.
• Able to test proposed terms against delivery reality and identify non-credible commitments.
• Will coordinate with engineering, construction, controls and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the delivery voice inside tenant pursuits across all three Fermi products.
• Own campus capacity and availability position for commercial conversations.
• Develop and maintain the delivery basis behind every commercial offer.
• Test proposed terms against delivery reality before they are committed.
• Coordinate technical and commercial diligence for prospective tenants and lenders.
• Build and maintain the standard pursuit package and delivery basis.
• Maintain pipeline view and its delivery implications.
• Support lease and agreement negotiation from the delivery side.
• Own the pursuit-to-delivery handoff at execution.
