Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager / Owner's Representative to lead Data Center new construction in Amarillo, TX. This on-site role requires a proven track record in vendor compliance, budget and schedule management for sophisticated projects.

You will work with the GC to establish the master schedule and budget, manage cost/change control, QA/QC, permits, and inspections with the client and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction management with capital project experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects including schedules and budgets.
• Manage master budget, soft/hard costs, and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate pre-qualification, bids, contracts and change control.
• Ensure QA/QC, permits and regulatory approvals with client and legal teams.
• Lead owner-direct vendors and on-site project team; manage meetings.
