Job summary

Fermi America is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to assume single-point accountability for delivering all data center buildings under an assigned tenant account. This owner-side role oversees scope, cost, schedule, quality, and the commercial position with the delivery partner, from release through turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction or project delivery with data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Single-point accountability for a building or asset from award through turnover
• Experience delivering multiple buildings for a single account with sequencing and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all buildings within the assigned tenant account through delivery lifecycle
• Own sequencing and prioritization across concurrent and successive buildings
• Drive standardization across the account using design packages and proven execution approaches
• Manage interfaces with shared campus infrastructure and cost/schedule baselines
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan and risk register
• Administer delivery agreements and oversee change orders and claims defense
• Own cost forecast and schedule milestones across the account
• Own vendor/interface coordination and turnover to operations
• Lead negotiations with partners and ensure safety standards are enforced
• Deliver reporting to leadership on cost, schedule, risk and decisions
