Placed is hiring on behalf of a global developer and owner-operator for a senior on-site Construction Manager role in the St. Louis area. You will act as the owner's senior on-site representative, directing the general contractor and trades across ground-up data center builds.

This role requires 8+ years in construction management with data center experience, a proven track record managing field teams, and the ability to operate autonomously within a lean, entrepreneur-led environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in construction management with ground-up delivery.
• Experience building data halls and hyperscale or large-scale mission critical projects.
• Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship; willing to relocate to St. Louis.

Responsabilidades

• Own construction delivery on ground-up data center builds as the owner's senior representative on site.
• Lead and manage the field team day to day across CSA and MEP scopes.
• Direct general contractor and subcontractor performance — holding the schedule, enforcing quality and safety, and resolving field issues before they reach the critical path.
• Drive data hall build-out, from shell and core through fit-out, testing and commissioning readiness.
• Manage schedule, procurement sequencing and long-lead equipment to protect delivery milestones.
• Report progress, risk and cost position to senior leadership.
