Job summary

Montera Infrastructure in Houston is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site construction for the GW+ hyperscale data center campus. You will represent the owner, drive safety, schedule adherence, and quality, and coordinate with general contractors, EPCs, and vendors to deliver milestones.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mission-critical construction, strong CPM scheduling and field leadership, and hands-on oversight from preconstruction to turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally hyperscale data centers.
• Experience serving as Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution across assigned projects on each hyperscale campus.
• Serve as Montera's primary field representative and owner advocate throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Drive contractor performance against safety, schedule, quality, budget, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with contractors, EPC firms, OEM vendors, and stakeholders to mitigate project challenges.
• Oversee planning to ensure sequencing, logistics, and readiness; ensure turnover and commissioning readiness.
