Killington Pico Ski Resort seeks a dedicated liaison between Rental Manager, HOA Boards, and Killington Grand Hotel/Condos under the Killington Resort Lodging umbrella. You will respond to emails and calls, make reservations, develop and file supporting documents, monitor online portals, and serve as the owner guest services representative.

The role includes developing meeting notes, owner communications, and assisting with HOA-related materials, newsletters, and periodic updates.

Formación

• Basic education (high school).
• Four to five years of relevant work experience and/or trades training, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 programs, Excel, Adobe, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emails and phone messages in a timely fashion.
• Answer the owner’s services line.
• Owner bookings, cancellations, and Space A inquiries and bookings.
• Assist with Rental income questions and HOA account inquiries.
• Assist Owners in person with general questions or needs including training on owner tools.
• Owner Card processing for hotel and condo owners.
• Liaison between Owner, Exchange Programs and verification, booking and preparations of the stay.
• Liaison between owners and Killington management.
• Assist in development of Owner Newsletter and other communications.
• Send reservation reminders through SMS.
