Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC is seeking a Mountain Operations Administrative Supervisor to oversee day-to-day administrative and dispatch functions. You will coordinate information flows, support safety and financial processes, and lead cross-departmental projects across Mountain Operations.

Working closely with the Administrative Manager, you will own Dispatch operations, manage staff, and ensure continuity of systems, reporting, and compliance while aligning with resort goals and

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three years in administrative or dispatch coordination.
• Experience in budgeting, purchasing, reporting, or GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Admin systems and workflows to support information and operational data.
• Lead Mountain Operations Dispatch including scheduling and coaching.
• Coordinate radios, equipment inventories, and communications tech.
• Track budgets, purchases, and project accounting processes.
• Maintain safety records, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Support capital projects with documentation and timelines.
• Develop and maintain GIS/infrastructure information records.
