Job summary

Flexjet seeks an Owner Experience Representative to act as the primary contact for clientele and flight crews, ensuring a positive environment and timely fulfillment of their needs.

Under supervision, you will coordinate services such as catering, transportation and entertainment, work with operations to resolve issues, and advocate for the owner in all interactions. A hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service; hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
• Greet clientele and crew in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in and register clientele and determine their needs.
• Coordinate service requests including catering, transportation, entertainment.
• Work with operations to resolve conflicts and advocate for the owner.
• Dispatch services between crew and line staff.
