Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Pilot, Owner Services in the Sarasota, FL area. The role provides on-site flight support for owners under the ProOwnership management agreement, coordinating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure airworthiness and compliance.

Crews reside within two hours of the Sarasota base and handle day-to-day flight activities, including scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain US passport (required).
• Must obtain and maintain FAA First Class medical (required).
• Airline Transport Pilot certification and demonstrated piloting skills higher than minimums (required).
• 3,000 Total Logged Flying Hours (preferred).
• 1000 Hours in Turbo Prop, Turbo Fan or Turbo Jet Aircraft (required).
• International operating experience (preferred).
• Experience in Citation products (preferred).
• Ability to comply with customer insurance requirements (required).
• Must have valid driver’s license and passport (6 month validity).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site flight support for owners under ProOwnership management.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Operations to ensure airworthiness.
• Communicate flight schedules, trip planning, and aircraft care.
• Ensure safety, legal adherence, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preflight and postflight inspections for discrepancies.
• Ensure aircraft are scheduled for required inspections and meet MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards.
• Monitor flight activities and ensure compliance with operations manual.
• Maintain familiarity with FAA and ICAO regulations.
• Ensure training and flight currency for all operation phases.
• Attend required training including international procedures.
• Maintain flight logs, navigation equipment updates, and storeroom duties.
