Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, Colorado, seeks an Owner Benefits Supervisor to lead reservations and benefits coordination for owners and guests. You will manage communications, deadlines, and training within a luxury environment, ensuring high service standards and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential or hotel reservations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a high-demand environment.
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Owner and Guest reservations and benefits in line with project documents.
• Manage Owner communications including Newsletter, Facebook group, and Owner website.
• Ensure deadlines are communicated to the Owner Services team and documentation prepared.
• Oversee Exchange Programs including reporting.
• Support ALL enrollment.
• Complete reporting and required audits.
• Train new colleagues with the Owner Services Manager; monitor progress.
• Participate in Manager on Duty Program and Leadership trainings.
• Serve as information source for team, owners and guests; liaise with lodge departments.
• Manage and maintain pre-arrival itinerary processes.
• Build and nurture Owner relationships to support brand loyalty.
