Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, CO seeks a Reception Supervisor to lead the Reception/ Transportation team and deliver engaging, personalized service to Owners and Guests. Be an ambassador for an exceptional guest experience and ensure service standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Must be 21+ years of age with 4 years of driving experience.
• Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred.
• PMS experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in Windows applications.
• Degree in a related field is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, friendly, engaging service.
• Lead and supervise the Reception/Transportation team and uphold service standards.
• Handle Owner/Guest concerns and notify appropriate departments.
• Attend departmental meetings and manage daily tasks.
• Coordinate arrival/departure schedules for Owners/Guests.
• Assist guests with hotel facilities information and directions.
• Follow departmental policies and safety procedures.
• Perform manager-on-duty responsibilities as assigned.
