Job summary

Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, CO, is hiring an Owner Benefits Supervisor who leads a busy, confidential office and coordinates owner and guest benefits. You will guide communications, deadlines, and staff, while ensuring seamless service across multiple Accor programs and owner relations.

The role demands exemplary teamwork, strong guest focus, and the ability to train and develop colleagues in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Owner and Guest reservations and benefits in alignment with project documents.
• Manage Owner communication including the Newsletter, Facebook group and Owner website.
• Ensure all upcoming deadlines are communicated to the Owner Services team and all documentation is prepared.
• Oversee Exchange Programs including reporting.
• Support ALL (Accor Live Limitless) enrollment.
• Complete reporting and required audits.
• Work closely with the Owner Services Manager through the training process for new colleagues, track and monitor progress; always looking for ways to enhance training.
• Participate in the Manager on Duty Program and other Leadership trainings.
• Serve as a principle source of information for the team, the owners and the guests while serving as a liaison with all lodge departments.
• Manage and maintain all pre‑arrival itinerary processes.
• Build and nurture strong Owner relationships to support brand and property loyalty.
