Exceptional Stays is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and performance of luxury residences in Telluride, CO. You will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor services while serving as the trusted contact for property owners and collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and caretakers to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive proactive property care, support owner satisfaction, and protect properties through safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in short-term rentals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for performance and functionality of residences.
• Track and analyze guest feedback to drive service improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
• Engage and manage approved vendors for maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with 3rd party caretakers to ensure exceptional service.
• Address property-related inquiries and issues promptly.
• Respond to after-hours requests per on-call schedule.
• Support seasonal property audits and identify revenue opportunities.
• Submit purchase orders for supplies and purchases.
