Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure guests experience exceptional service from arrival to departure.

You will supervise staff, maintain high cleanliness standards, and respond to guest needs promptly while coordinating with other departments to deliver memorable stays. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• A service-focused personality.
• Experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with leadership by example.

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Housekeeping team.

• Respond swiftly to guest concerns and coordinate with teams.
