Boyne Mountain Resort in Michigan is seeking an Owner Services Representative to serve as the liaison between BOYNE and homeowners, HOA boards, and internal teams, handling inquiries, vendor coordination, and budgeting support. The role requires an Associate's degree or 5+ years in hospitality, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5+ years in hospitality/guest services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Self-starter who works independently and follows projects through to completion.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; build positive relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience coordinating projects, managing priorities, and maintaining documentation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to owner and internal team inquiries within 24 hours with professional customer service.
• Manage owner inquiries related to unit upgrades, maintenance, rental revenue, and property concerns.
• Act as liaison between Boyne Mountain, homeowners, and HOA Board members.
• Coordinate with vendors for owner and HOA projects, ensuring timely, quality work.
• Process owner rental revenue accurately and promptly.
• Assist with association budget preparation, financial reviews, and reporting.
• Track invoices, aging reports, and AR follow-up.
• Prepare owner and HOA correspondence and notices.
• Record and transcribe minutes for HOA meetings.
• Attend HOA meetings to provide operational support and documentation.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
