Job summary

The Highlands is seeking an Owner Services Attendant to join our full-time, year-round team in Michigan. You will help ensure resort standards by coordinating inspections, upgrades, and upkeep for owner properties, while collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, teamwork, and independent initiative as you document unit conditions, handle maintenance requests, and participate in owner functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be a team player, multitask, and adapt to changing needs.
• Willing to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and professional.
• Knowledge of computers, tablets/iPad, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Owner Services for daily task list.
• Maintains unit conditions by inspecting amenities, furnishings and repairs.
• Documents and photographs unit conditions during inspections.
• Reports and reviews rental damage and coordinates with internal teams.
• Tracks maintenance items and owner preferences; follows up for completion.
• Responds promptly to urgent maintenance or guest-impacting issues.
• Assists with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Attends owner functions and participates in related tasks.
• Prepares day-in-review reports summarizing work and next steps.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

Working with owner services and housekeeping in keeping the Resorts and owners' accommodations up to date on amenities, furnishing, inspecting for dam age, maintenance needs or concerns. Mainly stationed indoors but will assist with other attendants around property when needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reports to Owner Services for daily task list
• Conducts and follows up on all arrival and departure inspections of units
• Documents and photographs unit conditions during inspections to maintain accurate records
• Reports and reviews all rental damage
• Tracks pending maintenance items and specific owner preferences; coordinates with in-house departments and follows up for completion
• Responds promptly to urgent maintenance or guest-impacting issues between inspections
• Assists with housekeeping tasks as needed
• Attends Owner functions as needed
• Participates in other tasks such as, but not limited to, shutdown projects, unit reviews, and inspecting vendor-led projects
• Prepares and submits day-in-review reports on a daily basis, summarizing completed tasks, outstanding issues, and next steps
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager
