Job summary

Plantation Resort is seeking an Owner Services Agent I to handle owner and rental reservations, inquiries and cancellations with courtesy and efficiency. You will quote rates, maximize revenue, and assist with OTA reservations, while differentiating programs like RCI, Weeks, Points, Wyndham Reservations and RVC.

You will support front desk operations when needed, maintain accurate files, balance folios, and communicate essential details to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in timeshare/vacation industry.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Handle owner and rental reservations, inquiries and cancellations.
• Quote available rates and maximize room revenue.
• Assist with OTA reservations and differentiate programs (RCI, Weeks, Points, Wyndham Reservations, RVC).
• Assist at the Front Desk when needed and maintain accurate files/reports.
