Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking motivated agents to support owners with Club & Legacy ownership. You will handle calls, emails, and chats to resolve questions, assist with reservations, and drive bookings.

The role requires multitasking, strong selling skills, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Prospective team members should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working flexible shifts including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Experience with Timeshare Ware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat to assist owners with Club & Legacy ownership.
• Process reservations and troubleshoot to convert calls into bookings.
• Maintain accounts and ensure payments for maintenance fees or loans are current before bookings.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills to promote products and services and drive revenue.
• Meet or exceed defined agent performance goals and quality standards.
• Adapt to flexible shifts including Saturdays as rotated.
