East West Hospitality is seeking an Owner Services Specialist for The Residences Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO. This on-site role blends concierge care, front office coordination, and personalized guest engagement to craft memorable stays.

You’ll anticipate needs, coordinate pre-arrival communications, and help owners feel at home in the mountains. Shifts available AM, PM, and mid, with Fridays–Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least two years of hospitality experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and guest management systems.
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Familiarity with local area amenities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized service—anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
• Represent The Residences with professionalism through grooming and communication.
• Maintain an inviting, organized environment across guest spaces and back offices.
• Stay current on local experiences to curate unforgettable stays for owners.
• Coordinate pre-arrival communications, cash handling, event updates, and cross-department support.
