Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hospitality experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and professional interaction with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized concierge services and guest engagement for owners and guests.
• Coordinate front office and administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain inviting, organized guest spaces, business center, and back-office areas.
