Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join Poste Montane Lodge in Beaver Creek. You’ll provide warm hospitality and personalized service to guests and owners, serving as the face of the property and handling check-ins and check-outs.

As part of a small team, you’ll coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, perform administrative duties, support breakfast service and events, and share local recommendations to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Familiarity with property management software (RDPWIN) and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests, manage check-ins/outs, and resolve concerns with warmth and efficiency.
• Handle reservations, payments, and daily administrative tasks; assist with maintenance requests and inspections.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep the lodge guest-ready and polished.
