PM2 Consulting seeks an Owner's Representative to lead hospitality and commercial interior fit-out projects from planning through closeout in New York City. You will coordinate teams, monitor budgets and schedules, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations while client approval remains with the client.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management or owner-side delivery.
• Strong knowledge of PM fundamentals, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contracts.
• Proficiency with PM software and MS Office; experience with Teams/SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative and primary coordination point for hospitality and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, contingencies, milestones, and client communications; provide recommendations.
