Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Interiors in New York City to lead high-end commercial interior fit-out projects. You will manage projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day activities to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working for Commercial Interior General Contractors in New York City.
• Experience managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple Construction Interiors projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities.
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects.
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
