Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Owner's Rep - Project Manager for corporate interiors projects in the US. You will own projects end-to-end, act as the client advisor, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality interiors.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/owner's rep, strong corporate interiors experience, and ability to lead multiple projects while building relationships for new work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in construction PM or owner's rep.
  • Strong corporate interiors delivery experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Experience managing 3–6 concurrent projects.
  • Established AEC network to bring in new work.
  • Leadership with mentoring responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS 365 and Bluebeam.
  • Solid budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts.
  • Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects end-to-end from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and delivery.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigations.
  • Oversee contractors, consultants, vendors; ensure alignment.
  • Run project meetings and provide reporting to stakeholders.
  • Review and approve contracts, changes, and financial docs.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive performance.
  • Contribute to business development by relationship-building.
  • Support proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategies.
