Job summary

Connect Advisors seeks a Project Manager to represent clients through the full project lifecycle—from planning to closeout. You will coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, and consultants to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; leading meetings; and delivering clear client communications. This position requires strong organization and proactive problem solving in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management or owner’s representation.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for coordination among clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk; report status to leadership and clients.
• Lead project meetings, document actions, track follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with procurement and closeout.
