Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA seeks a Senior Project Manager for high-end Construction Interiors projects in New York City. The role focuses on managing interior fit-outs, renovations, and tenant improvements for a growing NYC portfolio.

You will lead multi-project efforts, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong NYC interior market experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of Project Manager experience with Commercial Interior GCs in NYC.
• Extensive Construction Interiors project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple Construction Interiors projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
