Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC seeks a Project Director to serve as the senior Owner’s Representative across a portfolio of luxury hospitality and experiential assets. You will lead multiple complex projects, align design intent with operations, and elevate guest experiences while safeguarding asset value.

You will mentor teams, regulate budgets and schedules, collaborate with design and development leadership, and drive high standards of quality and accountability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership, preferably in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Owner’s Representative on construction matters.
• Lead multiple complex projects with design, development and operations teams.
• Ensure design integrity, quality and schedule adherence across portfolios.
• Manage budgets, contingencies and risk, with a focus on guest experience and asset value.
