The Concord Group is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead capital construction projects from conception to activation as an Owner's Representative. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of construction project management experience and a bachelor’s degree in a construction field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field.
• Strong communication skills; coordinate with owners, design teams and contractors.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal project team and manage all aspects of capital construction.
• Develop and manage master budgets and project schedules.
• Develop and implement the Project Management Plan and communications plan.
• Coordinate contracts and agreements with project team members.
• Monitor progress and report to senior leadership; manage meetings and documentation.
• Oversee design team, contractor and other project team members to meet obligations.
• Handover projects to facility management and manage punch list and closeout.
• Maintain strong communication with clients at multiple levels.
