Job summary

TEKsystems in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Construction Manager to guide a hyperscale data center campus through late-stage construction, commissioning, turnover, warranty management, and operational readiness.

You will act as the owner's representative, coordinating with contractors, commissioning teams, and operations staff to ensure infrastructure is delivered safely and ready for occupancy. Experience in data centers and turnover processes is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience acting as owner's representative with contractor accountability and turnover.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, QA/QC, and operational readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative during construction completion and turnover phases.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate with general contractors, trade partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Review schedules, recovery plans, and milestones.
