Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a hyperscale data center project on the owner's side, based in Saline, MI, 100% onsite. This long-term contract position involves overseeing critical functions across the project lifecycle and coordinating with general contractors, trades, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner throughout all phases of project execution.
• Provide oversight of assigned project scope, discipline, or functional area.
• Coordinate with general contractors, trade partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Support construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, operational readiness, and successful delivery.
