Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking an Owner's Representative Construction Manager to lead an 85 MW data center ground-up build in Austin, TX. This on-site role requires stepping from a traditional GC position into the developer side, owning GMP management, GC oversight, and site direction.

You will supervise site teams, report progress to executives, and drive delivery in a fast-growth pipeline backed by private capital.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Data Center / Mission-Critical construction (Ground-up experience required).
• Familiarity with MEP topologies and L1–L5 Commissioning / IST.
• Active OSHA 30 certification; degree in CM or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 85 MW ground-up data center pipeline from site to closeout.
• Act as on-site Owner's Representative, manage GC, safety, schedule and budget.
