Job summary

GBA is seeking a Data Center Owner’s Representative to act as the Owner’s trusted partner across the project lifecycle, from site acquisition through turnover. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget alignment, and top-quality, compliant facilities.

The ideal candidate has deep MEP/civil/structural knowledge, strong financial acumen, and a history of leading fast-track data-center projects valued at $100M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline; professional certifications preferred (PE, PMP, CxA, LEED AP).
• 7–10+ years managing large-scale construction projects, including $100M+ in value; experience with mission-critical/data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Owner advocate through design, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Lead Owner-side meetings, steering committees, and milestone reviews with clear direction.
