Job summary

GBA is seeking a Data Center Owner's Representative to serve as the Owner's trusted partner across the lifecycle of mission-critical data center projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality performance aligned with operational readiness goals.

The role requires deep expertise in MEP and civil/structural systems, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership in coordinating large-scale, fast-track projects valued at $100M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 7–10+ years in progressive construction management, with 5+ years in data center environments.
• Experience overseeing $100M+ projects and interfacing with Owners, A&E firms, GC and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Owner-side leadership from design through turnover.
• Lead owner meetings, steering committees, and milestone reviews.
• Ensure alignment with Owner objectives, standards, and risk management policies.
• Coordinate site selection, due diligence, and design review for constructability and resiliency.
• Oversee contractor execution, subcontract submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure operational readiness and handover.
