Job summary

GBA is seeking a Data Center Owner’s Representative to act as the Owner’s trusted partner across the lifecycle of mission‑critical data center projects. You will lead design, construction, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and aligned with operational readiness goals.

You will provide technical oversight of MEP systems, coordinate with A&E firms and contractors, and monitor safety, quality, and contractual controls to safeguard the Owner’s investment and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with strong priority on professional certifications.
• 7–10+ years managing large-scale construction projects, including at least 5 years in mission-critical/data center environments.
• Direct experience overseeing projects $100M+ in value, with fast-track delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner advocate across design, construction, and turnover.
• Lead owner-side meetings, steering committees, and milestone reviews with clear direction.
• Review design development docs to ensure alignment with resiliency and scalability goals.
• Oversee contractor coordination, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor budget, schedule, QAQC, and safety compliance.
