Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Construction Manager within Global Engineering Services NA D&C to serve as the owner's representative across the full construction lifecycle for facilities powering Amazon's logistics network.

You will coordinate with developers, general contractors, design engineers, and AHJ, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget control from design through handover, with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM; scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• 5+ years of project management experience spanning design through handover.
• Position requires travel up to 60% (nationwide); valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Amazon's owner's representative across design and construction phases.
• Interface between construction teams and internal stakeholders (operations, equipment, IT).
• Review drawings, budgets, and schedules to ensure conformance and identify conflicts.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, cost, and schedule; manage risk and reporting.
