Zusammenfassung

Amazon is seeking a Construction Manager, part of Global Engineering Services NA Design & Construction, to lead and oversee construction programs for Amazon facilities. You will serve as the owner's representative, coordinating with external partners and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, in-scope project delivery across multiple site types.

Responsibilities include budget, schedule, and contract management, coordinating with AHJs, and guiding teams through the full lifecycle from design

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as Architect/Engineer/Construction Manager or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management from design through handover.
• 5+ years negotiating construction, procurement, or labor contracts.
• 5+ years of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or BIM, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).

Aufgaben

• Act as Amazon's owner on the ground, delivering projects on time, in scope, and within budget.
• Interface with developers, GC teams, design engineers, and AHJ regulators.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders across multiple projects.
• Lead or coach project teams through full lifecycle from design to turnover.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
